Once you've logged into your poker account and clicked to the "Cashier" page, you'll see the Skrill logo (and possibly the Skrill 1-Tap logo, too) in your deposit options menu.
Click on the Skrill logo to launch the Skrill registration page. If you've yet to create a Skrill account you can do so right on that page with just your name and email address.
